These terms apply to this website (sabacareflow.com) and to CareFlow Publisher, the internal tool SABA Care Analytics LLC ("we", "us") uses to publish its own videos to YouTube. The CareFlow clinical product is governed by each customer's own agreement with us, not by these terms.

The website

• The content is educational and product information only. It is not clinical, legal or billing advice. No patient data is displayed, and any charts or data shown are synthetic.
• The site's content belongs to us. You may link to it and quote it with attribution.
• The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

CareFlow Publisher

• CareFlow Publisher is for our own staff publishing to our own YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public.
• Using it means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and its use of data is described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
• You can revoke its access at any time, in CareFlow Publisher or at Google security settings, and ask us to delete the data it stores by emailing info@sabacareanalytics.com. Deadlines and details are in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date.
